Berenice de la Parra

Ms. De La Parra’s practice focuses on applications for benefits from the USCIS and USICE District Office locations, nursing visa matters, and services related to Consular Processing of non-immigrant and immigrant visas at United States Embassies and Consulates abroad.

Ms. De La Parra received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California and is licensed to appear before the California Supreme Court.
