David Kussin

is a partner in the law firm of Mukai and Kussin, LLP. Mr. Kussin has over fifteen years of experience in practicing employment-based immigration law. His expertise includes the following U.S. visa matters: temporary working visas, investments, trade and business visas, SEVIS matters, Nursing visa matters, applications for labor certifications, and processing of temporary and permanent visas at American Consulates and Embassies throughout the world.

Mr. Kussin received his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California and is licensed to appear before the California Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
