Dennis Mukai

is a partner in the law firm of Mukai and Kussin, LLP. Mr. Mukai has over thirty years of experience in practicing employment-based immigration law. He represents numerous multinational corporations and private individuals in U.S. visa matters and in immigration compliance matters.

Mr. Mukai received his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School. He also received a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Hawaii. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California and is licensed to appear before the California Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
